Refund policy

At Basileon Woodo, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • A brief explanation of the issue

After review, we will offer a replacement or refund (if approved).

4. Return Process

  • Our team will guide you through the return process
  • Customer may need to bear return shipping charges (except in case of damaged or wrong item)

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection
  • If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refund Method:

  • Online Payments: Refunded to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Refund amount will be transferred to your selected payment method after approval
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable as they are paid to courier companies
  • 4% COD tax/processing fee will not be refunded, as it is charged by the system/government on COD orders

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
For exchange requests, please contact us.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled

8. Important Notes

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Delivery charges are handled by courier companies and are non-refundable
