We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.
Orders are dispatched after call confirmation.
For changes or cancellations, we may contact you using the information provided at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are 3–4 business days depending on your location.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST are processed the next business day.
Shipping charges are PKR 250, and free shipping is available for online payment orders.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

We have a 7-day return/exchange policy. You must request a return/exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact, and proof of purchase provided.
For COD orders, refunds exclude shipping charges and 4% government COD tax.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
